Monday in Haiti

We made it to haiti! We spent our first evening getting settled at the guest house and going to the property to see the progress team one made last week. Monday morning we headed back to the property and began work to finish the wall. We mixed mortar and laid blocks for the wall and Roland spent the day on the backhoe cleaning an area for the septic system. Kids from the neighborhood crowded up to the wall to watch us work and talk to us. Overall, we got a lot accomplished at the site and are ready for another day of work! Pictures to come!
