Welcome to Louisville team three...

Team three will be staying over night at a hotel in Louisville Kentucky due to mechanical problems on the plane, they are scheduled to leave tomorrow morning at 9 am.

Goodbye Haiti

Archbold Team 3 and Haitian Team Bravo in the final pose before departing for the airport this morning. Jesus did amazing things in and through this group this week, His Kingdom advanced in a big way, and He was glorified. "Grace! Grace!" Powerful.

Wednesday photos

Alien invasion! Actually, Dan and Wibens a.k.a. Haitian MacGyver, are repairing the gate to the property. The supports were loose and one wheel was missing bearings, but that will all change today! Aniel has one less excuse not to let me on the property now ("Sorry, Greg, gate is too heavy")! Poppycock.

Templates layed out for trusses, Jerry is heading up this project of the shelter house roof.

Water tower base completed.

Patio trusses going up. This is a thing of beauty - the structure, the teamwork, the venue - the whole shebang. That's because it's all God.

1st truss going up.

No idea!

preparing for plywood.

Roof ribs in place. Sweet, except for the hole in the Roof of my tent from the drill falling through! And I thought Isaac and I were getting along just swell. Duct tape rules.

Gas is out on the island til Sunday. using the welder as a welder and generator to conserve fuel.

Haiti team and Greg's tents under the new shelter house. so cool!

DG Welding Haiti style on the front gate.

first sheet of plywood going down.

cutting rafters.

Archbold Team 3 surprised us at the property tonight to worship! Isaac has an amazing voice, Mark (and others) shared encouraging words, and everyone's presence and prayer was yet another example of the joy that we experience as we gather to love, serve and praise an awesome God. Missing David a bunch tonight. You can't really see the detail of this photo too well, but you don't need to. And, on the way out, we paused for an impromptu rendition of "Hang on Sloopy"! O-H-I-O! Go Bucks!

Haitian "ladder."

Something about loud tools and heavy equipment always attracts a guy. As Tim The Tool Man might say, "Arrgh! Arrgh!" These guys concur.

A husband, father, friend, brother, a servant of the Lord. The Holy Spirit will continue to bless us through David - here on site, and in our hearts and memories. Thank you Jesus
